What a tour looks like
The room your child would join
You walk through the actual classroom your child would join. You see the materials on the shelves at child height and the outdoor space where the class goes. The visit happens during an ordinary part of the day, so you see the room in use.
The teachers
You meet the teacher who runs the room. Ask how a day runs, from arrival to pickup. Ask how they handle the first weeks, when a child is still learning the routine.
Your questions
Bring your questions about hours, meals, pickups and tuition. Ask them all. If we do not know an answer on the spot, we follow up with you afterward.
Before you come
A tour works best when your child comes too. They can see the room and meet the teacher who would greet them each morning. Providence Christian Preschool serves ages 2 to 5. Lunch Bunch begins at 11:30 AM and ends at 12:30 PM, extending the day for morning students. Ask us what to bring on the day.
Worth asking on your visit: the hours, how pickup works, and what lunch and rest look like during the day. Ask how the first weeks are handled, and how parents hear about the day. Ask what happens if a child is unwell, and what the class does when a child needs extra help settling in.
