Call (610) 792-0777 or email heatherb@ccvlive.com. Tell us your child's age and the days you need. Enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year is open. We will walk you through classes, tuitions, and sign-up for Lunch Bunch or Enrichment at the same time as school enrollment. You can also sign up later in the year, subject to availability.

Tour the room
Come see the classroom your child would join and meet the teachers who run it. Tours are the best way to picture your child's day. Ask us what to look for at drop-off, lunch, and pickup.

Enroll and settle in
Complete your enrollment forms and plan a first week that suits your child's routine. Sign up for Lunch Bunch at the same time as school enrollment if you want it. You may sign up later in the year, subject to availability.
What to have ready
Have your enrollment forms ready, along with a health form and immunization record. Add emergency contacts and the names of adults allowed to pick up your child. We can tell you exactly what is needed for your child's class.
Pack a full change of clothes and outdoor gear for the season, labeled with your child's name. A comfort object from home can help at rest time. Every item should be labeled so it finds its way back to your child.
Before the first day, sort out who drops off and who picks up. Decide how you want to hear about the day and how often. Ask us any questions about the drop-off routine so the morning runs smooth.
The first weeks
First days often go best with a short goodbye and a familiar object from home. A teacher greets your child by name and helps them find something to do right away. You can call to check in if you need to.
At pickup, teachers tell you what your child did, ate, and enjoyed most. Most children settle into the routine within a few weeks, some sooner. Ask your child's teacher anything you want to know.

A day is usually built around arrival, play and learning, lunch and rest, and outdoor time. At Providence, Lunch Bunch begins at 11:30 AM and ends at 12:30 PM. Enrichment runs Monday through Thursday and ends at 2:30, with dismissal Friday at 12:30 after Lunch Bunch. Ask us how the day runs for your child's age group.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Parents usually hear about the day at pickup, when teachers share how it went. You can always ask your child's teacher a question. We can tell you the best way to reach them.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Schedules depend on the age group and what openings are available. Ask us what is open for your child's age and which days fit your week.
What if there is no place right now?
You can ask to be told when a place opens for your child's age. Open spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and children go on a waiting list when openings become available.
What should I ask on the tour?
Ask about hours, meals, and who can pick up your child. Ask how the first weeks are handled and what the day looks like for your child's age. Any question you have is worth asking before you enroll.
